Farm-Fresh Eggs
We have a flock share program, where you can buy a share of our flock and collect eggs in exchange for a management fee. We have both chicken eggs and duck eggs available. Our birds are raised on feed that is free of soy and corn.
If you have never tried a farm-fresh chicken egg, you are missing out! They have tons of flavor, and excellent nutritional value. As an extra bonus, they come in fun colors!
Duck eggs are larger than chicken eggs, and have a higher percentage of yolk. This makes for an especially creamy, rich egg. They are great for baking, frying, or scrambling. Additionally, some people who cannot tolerate chicken eggs can tolerate duck eggs.
